CANCELLATION POLICY

Your time is valuable, and so is mine. To ensure I can accommodate all clients and maintain a smooth schedule, I kindly ask that any appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 30% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service total. This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments. No-shows or same-day cancellations will also be subject to this fee. I understand that unexpected situations can happen—please reach out as soon as possible if something comes up, and I’ll do my best to work with you.
